Designed for high mechanical strength and exceptional bend longevity, these multimode OM4 distribution cables feature an integral polymeric coating that protects the glass fiber at all times, eliminating stripping and enhancing bend and tensile strength. The 3 mm diameter cable contains 6 fibers with a 250 µm soft peel coating and a violet PVC jacket, accommodating a bend radius of 3 mm. Rated for a tensile load of 500 N long term and 1000 N during installation, with 100 kgf/mm crush resistance, and operating temperatures from -20 to 75°C, these cables are suitable for inter-building or intra-building voice and data communication, installed in ducts or underground conduit. They are UL listed, RoHS compliant, and come on a 1000 ft spool weighing 6.9 lb.
